shipping

All orders will be shipped UPS Ground or Common Carrier unless otherwise requested. Please contact us if special shipping instructions are required.

shipping time

Shipping time varies from item to item. You will receive a confirmation regarding your order within two days of the date we receive your order.

billing

All orders require a credit card or check in advance. For orders that will ship within 2 to 3 weeks, pre-payment is required. Order total will be processed within two days of the date we receive your order and your credit card receipt together with a confirming invoice will be sent by mail.

return of stocked items

If you are not completely satisfied with the product received, please contact Piper Sport Racks, Inc. at 530.913.2020, or e-mail paul@sportslift.com within 10 days to obtain a Return Authorization number. All returns sent in original packaging and returned in new condition will receive full credit for cost of merchandise less 18% re-stocking charge. Freight of returned items must be prepaid by the customer.

return of special order items

Special Order items are provided as a customer service and need to be verified before ordering. Once shipped, no returns on Special Order items will be authorized.

damaged items

Please contact the shipping company if merchandise is received damaged and initiate a claim. The shipping company will provide instructions for settling your claim.
