shipping
- All orders
will be shipped UPS Ground or Common Carrier unless otherwise
requested. Please contact us if special shipping instructions
are required.
shipping time
- Shipping time
varies from item to item. You will receive a confirmation regarding
your order within two days of the date we receive your order.
billing
- All orders
require a credit card or check in advance. For orders that will
ship within 2 to 3 weeks, pre-payment is required. Order total
will be processed within two days of the date we receive your
order and your credit card receipt together with a confirming
invoice will be sent by mail.
return of stocked items
- If you are
not completely satisfied with the product received, please contact
Piper Sport Racks, Inc. at
530.913.2020,
or e-mail paul@sportslift.com within 10 days to obtain a Return
Authorization number. All returns sent in original packaging
and returned in new condition will receive full credit for cost
of merchandise less 18% re-stocking charge. Freight of returned
items must be prepaid by the customer.
return of special order
items
- Special Order
items are provided as a customer service and need to be verified
before ordering. Once shipped, no returns on Special Order items
will be authorized.
damaged items
- Please contact
the shipping company if merchandise is received damaged and initiate
a claim. The shipping company will provide instructions for settling
your claim.
