TOY TRAX, previously known as JET TRAX, Trike lift is a unique way to transport your Trike in the back of your pick-up. Roll your Trike up to the cradle and tie-down the front. Then, press the button to load in approximately 30 seconds. To unload, pull back on the track to start the motion and let gravity and the controlled reverse action of the winch lower your Trike to the ground.
- TOY TRAX is precision welded utilizing tooled fixtures. It is made from 1/8 inch thick, high quality carbon steel. And, the black powder coated finish provides long lasting rust protection. Optional hot dipped galvanized coating available on request.
- TOY TRAX uses maintenance-free HMW nylon rollers. No lubrication is required.
- TOY TRAX comes complete with Ramsey All Weather 12v 2500 pound electric winch and cable remote control switch. Flip the switch and watch your Trike load - safely, easily. Also included is an all weather cable - one end plugs into a socket on the Toy Trax, the other has 2 ring terminals that connect to the truck's battery.
- TOY TRAX installs easily. A bar measuring .5" x 3" x 48" is attached with two bolts through the floor and bed frame at the front of the truck bed. For attachment on Fords, existing holes are used. For all other pickups, 2 holes are drilled through the floor and bed frame. Two wires are run from a plug, mounted in this bar, to the truck's battery. The lift together with the winch motor is then attached and plugged into the bar. When in use, the tailgate must be removed on 8 foot beds and placed in the down position on 5.5ft, 6ft or 6.5ft beds. Complete instructions are included with each lift.
- TOY TRAX removes easily. When required, you can disconnect and remove the lift from the bed of your truck within minutes. Convenient rear wheels allow roll-away capability.
